Select New Reference in the File menu or click on the button located on the bottom left corner of the source view, or click on the icon located on the bottom left corner of the reference toolbar.
An edition window appears on the right and enables you to create a new reference thanks to its numerous headings and fields.
Fill the desired fields. Press the tab key to go to the next field. If you consider that some fields are not necessary, just ignore them; they will not appear in the final display of the reference.
After filling the reference description, click on the button to display the created reference.
Select a reference, then click on the button located on the bottom left corner of the detail view.
The details becomes editable, you can now fill the desired fields.
At the end of the edition, click again on the button, the reference is updated and the detail view becomes read-only again.
Select a reference, then click on the icon located in the reference toolbar.
An edition window appears, fill the desired fields and on the OK button to save the changes.
In the Browser view displaying the status of the reference slate, make sure the number of added items appears.
In the list view, also check the updated number of added items.
Select a reference, then click on the icon located in the reference toolbar.
A new tasting note window appears, fill the fields and click on the "OK" button to save the changes.

Go to the tasting notes area and access the note you have just created.
Select a reference, then click on the icon located in the reference toolbar.
Select the references’s type of wine, then choose the right shape among the different suggestions.
The new shape automotically appears in the browser view.
Select a reference, then click on the icon located in the reference toolbar.
Select the tag corresponding to your need.
The tag appears in the different displaying views.
Go to the reference filter bar.
Filter your references depending on your preferences.
The displaying of the references automatically changes and shows you the references in the newly defined way.
Go to the reference sorting bar located under the reference filter bar.
